All reservations must be confirmed in
writing and a 50% deposit is required to
confirm any booking. The balance is to
be settled prior to the Check-in date.
Detailed terms & conditions will be forwarded
on request. A percentage of the
quoted room rate will be charged for
rooms that are cancelled within 4 weeks
of the date of the reservation, as follows:

50% cancellation fee for less than 14 calendar days
100% cancellation fee for less than 7 calendar days
NO-SHOW without cancellation will be billed at full cost of stay

A 10% handling fee, based on the deposit
amount paid, will be deducted for any
bookings cancelled less than four weeks
before the date of travel.
